Jet Stores Pauline

A lady by the name of Pauline called my 78 years old mom who is a pensioner to demand that she makes a payment of R145 for some subscription she claims my mom signed for three months ago. My mom lives with me and didnt have a phone for the past 4 months due to some treatment she is undergoing. She hasnt been to the shop also. This sounds like ****gery of the highest order really. How can one trust these shops really. It is disgusting
