Jet stores or Edcon are Cons !!!

Jet store I paid my account up in 20th June 2018 ,the amount I payed was inclusive of arrears from lawyers as my account had been handed over. I requested the account be closed and had to call head office for Payed up letter. Now 5 months later Jet stores appears in my credit record with a BALANCE of R600 ?? For what I never used the account ever after paying it up and now I'm told these are fees for interest from lawyers yet consultants dont want to give me contact details of those lawyers because they know I payes up my account .

ONE CONSULTANT SAID they will escalate the matter and send a request for the balance to be removed from my account it takes 24to 48 hours After 36 hours I call again and the balance is still on my account and now the other consultants also keep saying they will escalate the matter and make me hold for 30 minutes then call cut off on their side.
