JET STORES keeping account open against my will

Jet Store is ignoring my request to close my account since 15 July 2023.

Instead, I am continuously being billed and asked to pay arrears so account can be closed. Once I pay I am billed again and asked to pay the arrears. I have done this twice already and have just received another billing for October 2024.

Surely this is ********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
