Jet stores is damaging my credit records

My credit score is being messed by Jet stores and their incompetence. My account was falsely used to make an online purchase in October 2019, then the matter was attended to and the debt was paid off. My account and card remained blocked. Now in December when i went to unblock my account, the Secunda Edgars staff only unblocked the account but not my card so I can’t make any purchases till now. Today I was getting a pre-approval for a home loan done and the Jet account appeared in arrears!!!!!!!!!!WhY? I have paid up to date. On the 6th of January I paid an amount of R598. What more do these people want. What’s worse I cannot go to my nearest Jet stores cause they so *********** and don’t even care about serving customers
