Jet stores is a ****

Iam deeply disappointed by jet stores. I settled my account in November 2023 I paid over R7000 to settle the account from November until now the account has not been updated, I was handed over even after paying. I went to one of the jet stores and I spoke to one of the consultant from the accounts department. She told me that my account is no longer with them it was handed over to nimble.. We called nimble and they said the account was sent back to jet. They just sending me from pillar to post no solution whatsoever. My concern is that where did the money I paid them go because they still bothering me with this account. I sent them an email and I attached the proof of payment.. I haven't received any feedback from them R7000 is alot of money they must just get their books in order. Iam inconvenienced because my credit score is affected by this I need to buy a house I can't because of this. My kids are suffering as we do not have a stable place to live at.. My safety and my kids safety is compromised because someone from jet is careless. Please fix this matter because all my emails are being ignored.
