Jet Stores Fourways Mall

Shocking experience at Fourways mall branch. Paid a lay bye in October and returned on 30 November as requested, to pay the balance for clothing. Waited for more than an hour only to be told that they could not find my lay bye. Eventually they paid back my money, however all my time, taxi costs are lost. Very *********** staff.
