On 16th August 2021 I settled my account with jet and requested for the account to be closed , I was sent a confirmation that the funeral policy, cell phone insurance and personal accident policy were closed, so I was under the impression that my account has been closed , in recently got a call that there is an outstanding amount of R124 for my account to be closed because it's still active .my account is closed, I am not using my account , may I please be assisted
