Jet stores cape town

Went to jet in cape town to do laybe ..after a day i came to take it ,they couldn’t find it mind you i was standing in the line for almost an hour ..the was no cashiers at all only 1 ..i had to go on the floor and look if what i laybyed was there ..customer service is werk the manager couldn’t even sort out the line customers are complaining..that is not on i am working at a retail myself..when a store is busy suppose there is more then 1 cashiers..I don’t want to go to the laybye part it made me so crazy and they were so chilled ..will never go there again
