Jet stores are greedy money parasite

It has been over 48 working day hours that I sent an email to JET regarding my store card which has a negative balance. They are charging me R30 service fee per month even though I don't owe then a cent. I have requested a reimbur*****t of my overpaid balance and to close the Jet store card account but they ignore and don't reply to my email.
