I paid off my account on the 31st of December 2021, the very same day I called customer care service for all my financial services to be cancelled. In January and February 2021 I recieved an SMS advising me that I need 2 pay a certain amount. I went to one of the stores and I was transferred to the customer care call center and I was advised that my accounts were not cancelled at all. The lady that I spoke to seemed as if she was not interested in what I had to say. She just said "made here's an email address u can raise your concerns to". I asked why can't she just cancel the account seeing that she is able to assist, I was told that an investigation needs to take place.

No I'm being charged for a service that I've paid for and dont even use..
