Jet Stores annoying calls and messages for someone else's account

I keep receiving calls and sms notifications from Jet stores for an account that is in arrears, however the account in question is for someone I do not know. I don't have and never had a Jet account. I really am getting annoyed with receiving calls from agents regarding someone's account that's in arrears. I have asked on numerous occasions for my details to be removed off their database, but no feedback given. I'm really getting tired of this and have started ignoring calls and screening them, but I still get voice messages. Please can something be done about this. Super annoyed.
