Jet Stores and MBD Solutions not assisting with my insurance premiums queries

Active client with Jet stores for more than 30 years, take a stand alone insurance for parents was R40 p/m been active for than 20 years , I noticed charges accumulating the account for unknown reason, pulled my statement went to the nearest outlet( Evaton, Palm Springs, maponya), directed to consult with sales personnel was advise they can’t assist in store advised to call back office, still with no assistance, advised further email the back office, email response advised it was solved requested in writing confirmation but not feedback was received . Next statement received still matter not resolved under my policy, year 2020 received a reference to utilise when paying my monthly instalments continued paying my premiums with the unresolved issues under my account, account is currently being handed to MD solutions department which issues is. Not being resolved they contact me and cut call unresolved, assist urgently am getting no assistance from Jet Stores and MBD solutions, all am getting it demanding SMSs with the unhelpful Call center agents
