Jet Stores Account Balance

I have been with having an account with jet for over 20 years and have been paying this account, but then realized that I had been paying but the balance does not reduce. In October 2023 I emailed them for my detailed statements and they sent statements from December 2021. In Dec'2023 according to the statement my balance was R8052, in May'2022 the balance was R8951, in January 2023 the balance was R9648, in Sept'2023 the balance was R10146 and mind you I am not using this account for any purchases since 2021 and have been paying an average of R400 every month without skipping a payment for over 3 years now. This account should have been settled by now, but no . The balance is not moving at all. I have sent emails to jet-enquiries querying this mystery, but I am not getting any help. Instead Jet continues to bill me and phoning me to tell me that I have not paid, pay what exactly. last week I phoned RCS customer service and when I told the lady who answered was very rude and dismissed what I was telling her. I even called the TFG customer service and because this is an old Jet account, I was referred back to RCS. I am so disappointed at Jet. I just want them to fix this mess and close this account I want nothing to do with them. They will phone you 10 times if you owe them, but very slow to fix their mistakes.
