Jet Store Westgate Shopping Centre - Roodepoort - poor customer service

I came to Jet Store on friday 04 April 2025 to process a refund. Then i was informed by one of the sales assistants that they dont have cash to grant me the refund. The guy then suggested we do a card refund on my Tymbank account. He did the transaction and assured me the dunds would reflect. I went back to the store around 12:00 agin to follow up as the funds had not reflected. I was told the funds would reflect within 24 Hours. I called Tymbank and the bank could not even see the transction refund hangining on their system. Today is the 07 of April 2025 and still no refund in my account. Please can I get assistance as they took the clothes and receipt but I am still left with no refund on my account. This was the worst experioence ever recived at Jet Store Westhate Shopping Mall in roodepoort.
