Jet Store ( The Foschin Group )

I have a Jet Store account, I had an outstanding balance of over R4500. On the 1st of September 2022 I paid up. I then sent emails number of them. None of my emails was or were responded to. I called their call center number ***I spoke to some guy named Lèshel or something,I was then referred to payments department, enquiries department, customer service dept, complaints department. The service from Jet is sickening 😫, they do not bother to respond to any of the emails, all they do is to send you from pillar to post. All I wanted was to close the account before they put interest in my account.
