Jet Store tarnishing customers credit profile.

I'm under debt review with Debt Rescue since 2021. In 2021 my Jet balance was R3 100. This was the smallest outstanding balance in comparison with others. Since the amount was smaller, I managed to settle it in 2023.

Paid-up letter was sent and everything went quiet until November 2024. In November I get an sms from this store saying I owe R200 and some rands. I ignored it because I knew it's an error on their side since well I'm still under debt review then and there's no way I'll ever have access to buying on credit.

December came and this amount went higher, same in January, same in February, same with March. Today April 15 I look at my credit report and I notice the amount is gone up from last month's R1 200 to now R1 400 and couple of rands.

This store is continuing to harass me even when I have issued them with their own paid up letter.

They have these rude consultants working at their client's MBD.

JET doesn't even deserve a single star in my rating.

I'm busy fixing my credit report and they are busy messing it up every month.

I'm curious to know this balance they claim I owe and increasing every month is for what.

I cannot even access the statement from this store.

JET and MBD are pathetic in their service.
