Jet Store Richardsbay, a job well done!!
I bought clothes for my daughter at Jet store, Richardsbay Boardwalk Inkwazi Mall. I was so pleased with the quantity of fashionable clothes and shoes that I found for ny daughter. The store staff was a little scarce, they do not really help you but I applaud the whole store for having enough stock and making sure my shopping experience was great.

15 Nov 2022, 14:14It would be a good idea if you can train the staff on customer care. They never help around the store as you know the store is big and you have alot of stock, sometimes it's hard to find what you are looking for. The staff just stands around the tills and wait to ring you up without any further assistance. They need to be around the store, in between the aisles in case a customer needs help
