Jet store refuses to take returning clothing item.

I bought a dress at Jet store. When I hit home, it did not fit. So I returned it. They refused to take it, saying it has a make up stain. I told them the stain was not mine, the dress still even had its tagg. They have no evidence that I stained it I do not even wear make up. It could have been stained in the fitting rooms because anyone can grab a dress from the rack and fit it on.please contact them they need to take it back because it does not fit I can't even keep it.
