Jet store poor/ delayed/ non-innovated service

Worst service ever in my life. This rating is actually a -2 not 1. I haven't used or bought at a jet store in over a year. 1st they put an unknown charge on my account for Mobile content secondly they place me on itc for 133.00 which accumulated because of their Mobile content which no one can explain and no proof of acceptance has been provided. I decided to pay that 133 off now I need proof that my balance is at 0.00 days after I made a payment at store they telling me it takes 3-5 days to get current balance on account when payment is reflecting in their account already. I request to close the account they tell me proof of closure is done by rcs and it also takes 3-5 working days. What stupidity is that. How delayed are they with their systems. Went to the store they say I need to call the customer care customer care tells me about rcs.
