Jet store mall of Africa waste of space

I lay-byed clothes at Jet store at mall of Africa on the 12.10.2019 for R7307.28 and i paid the deposit then yesterday day i went to the store to pay and collect my lay-bye guess what my 1 plastic of clothes went missing i went into the store around 2:30 pm i left the store at 5:30 pm waste of my time and money.none had answers of where my clothes we as they checked 30 items were missing from the lay-bye how unprofessional and inconvenient this is i was unable to cook because of this delay standing for hours i will not be coming to do another lay-bye at this store and i wont recommend it to anyone
