Jet Store is always right

Hi , today the 19th November 2017 at 11:54, I was walking pass the Jet Store at Liberty Midlands Mall , when I saw a sign sayin Jeans & Chino at R99. So I went in and no special seen. Asked the person instore and was told its a BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL, that starts tomorrow. Asked why don't you have the date displayed FIRST to say when the start and the end date, and then put up the promotion as customers get attracted to signs with specials. According to the store admin manager "ITS DOES NOT MATTER, EVEN IF SHE DOES THE DISPLAY AT 3PM , SHE DOES NOT NEED TO PUT THE PROMOTION DATE FIRST", I explained to her that as a retail shop , you can expect the unexpected sale to happen. That is why I went it.... But WOW, the store admin manager attitude was she is right and she did not need to answer why the date was not displayed first . Her attitude is the she is right and I am wrong AND how they display the promotion is up to them. So anyone could falsely walk into the shop thinking promo is on but to be disappointed, But the Attitude from her and the merchandiser was very poor and appalling. My advise to other Customers out there, be careful of the Jet store at Liberty and their Store Admin Manager, merchandiser as well. They will give you an attitude and will make you feel like dirt. Never again will I go there.
