Jet Store Gateway - ****** my elderly mother

My mother went to pay her Jet account on 07/03/2021 at Gateway, she paid R300 but the cashier Nombuso Mbunda gives her a reciept for R30 as payment. My mother who is partially blind and elderly did not realise that only R30 wais paid to her account only found out when I checked the receipt for when she got home. If only R30 was going to be paid which person would pay R300. When my mother went the next day to query why they had done this they said that the system was an issue and the security cameras were offline. They said they would credit her account with the R270 but nothing to date. My mother spoke to the manager she just apologizes, we phone the call centre nobody answers. Is this the kind of society we live in where the cashiers at Jet gateway prey on the elderly and vunerable.

Utter disgrace.
