Jet Store Galleria

I have an Edgars account & as such can buy at Jet. On going through my Edgars statement I found that I am being billed for something called "Family Provider Plan". I tried calling Edgars customer service to find out what this is & was referred to RCS customer Service. Since then I have been pushed from pillar to post. I did not agree to this "policy", know nothing about but am being billed for it. I have managed to get this "policy" cancelled but in order to get a refund I need to contact Jet Galleria as this is where I was "signed up" for it. I have called the store 6 times only to have the phone put down on me and cannot reach a manager or anyone else as they simply do not answer the phone.
