Jet store fail us as customers

Good afternoon I opened an account at Jet springs mall 3months ago . I did not join anything other than opening an account. To my surprise I have joined a funeral plan and also legal something. I noticed when they sent me a message that the funeral plan will deduct when there is money on my account but I ignored it I Today I went to the same shop to enquire and to cancel it but they did not assist me ,telling me that telephones are down because of loadshedding but they were using generator . It was the same lady that I opened an account from . I was so surprised because telephones are working when' there is loadshedding. I went to Springs town and there was also loadshedding but they assisted me by phoning .I'm very angry with jet because when I was at the shop 3 people they were complaining about the same problem, funeral cover and legal and also magazine money that are deducting when u paying your account it remain on arreas but funeral cover money are taken from the account . When I opened an account Noone told me about funeral cover ,they should stop ****ming us because our accounts remains o. Arrears what about those who can not read .they will pay for something that they did not ask .
