Jet store clothing

Poor service at Jet. I have been paying my Jet account since last year without making a purchase every month my credit balance keeps decreasing instead of increasing and my balance keeps going up. The are unauthorised subscriptions that we know nothing about and I have sent them countless email they don’t bother to respond or call. Jet is a **** can I be assisted with this account because I was supposed to have finished paying it off a long time ago.
