Jet Store Clearwater Mall

On Friday 1 December, my husband and I were at the Jet Store in Clearwater Mall. The service was fine until we were walking out of the store when the tag thing beeped. There was no security personnel or a staff member at the door. We walked back in and the door thing beeped again. I decided to check the item purchased and to my not so surprise, the cashier did not remove the tag thing on the pants we purchased. I am saying "not so surprised" because this is the second time it has happened. I am sitting with my son's t-shirt here in the house that also has the machine tag thing which wasn't removed a few months ago at the same Jet store. I am afraid to take it back as I no longer have the till slip for that purchase. Luckily for this last purchase, I was still at the store and they were able to rectify it. A young gentleman assisted me, as for the cashier she did not care an inch of what she had done - or not had done. I am disappointed
