JET store are *****ing people's personal information to create debt

I received an SMS that I'm owing JET.I've never visited JET store or buy from them online. I called the number on the SMS and the lady I spoke to was very rude. She told me that the only way she can assist me is if I give her my ID number and I refused. I told her to check using the account number indicated in the SMS I received. She confirmed that the owner of the account is amale person with a different cell number. The question is why the SMS was sent to me and not their customer? I then asked her to send me a message confirming that the SMS was sent to me by mistake. She refused and she was very rude. She cut the call when I still needed clarity. I don'teven kkow if they will remove my number and other personal information from their system. I'm so disturbed by this.
