Jet store Account

Hello Peter , i really need your help or advices regarding my jet account, i ve been paying my jet account normal than i realise that the amount is not decreasing i went to the nearest branch to enquire and i found that they are even missing payments that are not showing in their statement and the balance is way too high bt i never use the account i ve been paying since i wanted to close the account.

When I enquire about the policies and subscription that are in my account since I want to close it, they not assisting. What can i do about this🙉
