Jet store account

I settled my account in June wanted to close it and I was advised to keep it at zero balance no charges. Then the store at Sunnyside Sunnypark mall joined some policies on my name and now I owe Jet a lot of money which I never signed for when I go to the store and call I am sent from pillar to post my people please check your statements every month there is ***** going on with IUA and Jet and no one cares to explain how are we joining this funny policies I don't even have a house I am renting but I have a home protection insurance from Jet and IUA. Today I owe them now I am trying to close my Jet account they say I must pay for those policies first.
