Jet stop being parasites!

Hi Jet must stop being parasites. I paid my account Dec. I told them that I am closing it. January I dgot statement again. I didn't take anything on my account. I paid and I sent email that I am closing my account. They responded that they will call me. Emails was sent to the right people Boom February again I got another statement I sent another email. Then I decided to go to the branch. The lady who was assisting me she confirmed that I am not going to get another statement

I have family. I don't have money to just give them worse part I didn't take anything. I worked very hard for my money. I don't know what to do with them they have been taking my money for nothing.

The right procedure was followed. I regret the day I opened this account. Please help me i really don't know what to do with them. Email was sent. I phoned them but still the are sending statements and I am not owing them
