Jet- South Gate Mall

I would like to raise a complaint about the extremely rude and unprofessional service I received from a staff member at the store in Southgate Mall when I tried to return an iron.

I simply explained that the iron was not ironing properly and expected to be assisted with patience and professionalism. Instead, the staff member was rude and unhelpful. I was left standing in the store for a long period without any proper explanation or communication about what was happening.

The way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I eventually left the iron at the store because I was so uncomfortable with the way the situation was handled.

Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are simply trying to return a product that is not working as expected. Rude and dismissive behaviour should not be tolerated in your store.

I would appreciate it if management could investigate this incident and address the staff member’s conduct. I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure that other customers do not experience the same treatment at your Southgate Mall branch.
