Jet Soshanguve block aa bad service

I opened a tfg account at jet Soshanguve block AA and I told the guy who was helping me that I don't want policies and magazines, he app**** for them without me agreeing. When you ask they say I should bring my ID so they can call,guess what I went to jet in Pretoria cbd, asked for assistance regarding this issue,they directed me to the phone station to make a call. I then called and they say I app**** for magazines which I didn't agree on. I pay every month but the account keeps going up. 🤬
