JET SETTLEMENT LETTER

I have been contacted Jet account department and first I phone them they told me my account is Prescribed with them they will sent me the Proscribed letter untill today I did not receive and I made the follow up they told me that my account still exists and I requested settlement letter to them to pay the amount they said I will be receiving in 48 hours till today I am not getting the letter as well please they need to sort this issue cause it is still appears in my credit report in other credit houses
