Jet ****

Jet has been doing ********** activities with new accounts when signing up they make you sign for financial services you never agree with and charge your interest more than once a week on your account. I recently requested my statement as my balance wouldn't go down it remained the same. December I paid twice came end of January my balance was the same. I requested a call back since February I keep on getting emails to explain my query when I called in it was promised a call back as they need to investigate and on the other hand I kept on getting calls to say my account is overdue and interest was being added. To add on that my mother opened a jet account and they are charging R500 worth of financial services without her consent.
