Jet sales Harassment

I am being harassed by your sales department. For 3 days now, I have been receiving phone calls that come up on 'true caller' as "Jet Sales" - I keep declining the call, yet I receive another, 1 minute later. This happens on the hour every hour, within one hour - I receive 4 phone calls - all of which I have declined. Imagine how you would feel being harassed for 3 days, receiving 4 phone calls per hour right until the end of the day - some phone calls even came through after 18:00. I then blocked the number - only to find that your agents are still trying to call the number as True caller gives a notification of a blocked contact trying to call. So as opposed to getting 4 phone calls every hour - I now get 4 notifications per hour as your agents still try calling - I cannot understand this when the number has been blocked. I know the call centre industry very well - do you have a certain number of dial outs that your sales people need to do per day? If that is the case - maybe your managers should do more checking because your agents are dialling the same number over and over again, perhaps to reach their 'dial out' targets? I bet you guys aren't hitting any sales targets though right? I then decided to unblock the number and answer to see what is the reason for harassing me - your agent answers and says "How are you?" - no introduction to company or the reason why they're calling. I asked "who is this? " - your agent again says "how are you?" - I repeat my question - "Who is this? " - your agent then puts the phone down. I have been harassed now for 3 days straight and have proof of this in my call log. I do not have an account with you guys - I do not buy products from your store - in fact - I don't even like the products you sell. As kids, mom would get us school items from your store as it was cost effective - maybe when I have kids, I would've made use of your store too - however, after your harassment - I am sure I can just go to PEP stores to get a good deal. I certainly do not get harassed by them. Please provide a way forward on this matter - I highly doubt that what you are doing is legal. What are you going to do about the inconvenience you have caused me over the last 3 days?
