Jet *********** pensioners

I have paid off my account with Jet on the 3rd November 2021 and also requested that the account be closed. On April 2022 I recieved a message from Jet that I am owing money, went to Jet Ladysmith to enquire about the amount, after sitting there for about 3 hours, The people there said they will reverse the amount, but to date they have not, so I went to Jet Ladysmith again today, they made me sit from 12h00 pm till 14h30 without proper feedback, after leaving the shop, they phone me again to ask me when will I pay that amount, an I am now confused, as to why they phoning me after I have been enquiring about this and they are aware of what is happening, they do not even care that I am a pensioner,they want me to pay for their mistakes of not doing their jobs correctly. I won't be paying this money. Also going to ask all my children and their friends to cancel anything that involves Jet in that's a promise. If this is not credited to R0.00 and account closed as I had initially told them. I won't rest until everyone I know cancel jets account aswel. I want my petrol money as well.
