Jet refused to exchange my phone
I bought a new cellphone at Jet store Jabulani mall, I have realised that the battery life of a cellphone could not last an hour. I decided to return it and they refused to exchange it the following day, instead, they booked it for repair. It came back from repair and there was nothing that has been changed in the cellphone, they said their repair company confirmed that the cellphone is fine.
They then told me that they will not change or refund me my money.
