JET RCS TO CLOSE ACCOUNTS ON CREDIT SCORE

I am struggling to get my Jet account off my credit record. You can call and email Jet all they say is it is closed but on the credit record is shows open and the amount gets more every month. My credit score looks so bad. I am fed-up with Jet and Rcs !!!!!!!!How long must a person struggle??????????
