Jet RCS Closed account on Credit Score rating

It's really frustrating to get a paid up letter of your closed account at Jet. Been calling and sending emails to get my letter because they listed me on credit Bureau and now I am unable to get this letter as it reflecting badly on my credit score. Please fix this mess
