Jet (RCS) Card & Funeral cover bad service

My wife and I are busy trying to claim a settlement and a closure for a deceased Jet credit card but we are pushed pillar to post. We have contacted RCS number *** which get automatically dropped once you speak with a consultant who actually simply route the call probably in order to set it to drop.

Have also sent emails to Hollard insurance as well as Jet, submitted all necessary documents for this claim but still no proper response.

First email was sent on : 06/02/2021

Second email sent on 19/02/2021 with all other required attachments for the claim.

May we please get some assistance in the processing of this claim.
