Jet Protea Glen Mall Poor Service

On the 28th of September noon around 15:30 I bought 9 packs of two pairs per pack of elastine shine mikado stockings worth R 500. On recovering that 3 packs had factory fault, as the stockings didn't shine, we returned the packs to the store the following day. We were assisted by friendly cashiers Nkateko and Azwihangwisi, who explained that we can't exchange the stockings. We then asked for the manager. The cashiers called the manager, Lorraine Mashilwane. She became rude saying we can't exchange the merchandise even though we explained that we didn't open the packs and it was not our fault. She started raising her voice insulting us, saying we can't teach her how to do her job.

We ended up not being assisted and felt unfairly treated. The customer service from her side was poor.
