Jet poor service regarding claims

Good day It is disgrace that you can have to wait for TFG insurance claim .One of the shop where the tablet was bought at they told us we have to go 60km to George to look for the same Tablet.Ouddhoorn Jet store was not helpfull to assist us with it .It's is almost 3months to went to the shop with no feedback and helpfull to assist the customer.Why must you look for the same tablet ?Why must the client went to George that is almost the 3months?Today TFG group don't care about their clients but when you must one payment they call you several times.
