Jet, please refund me

Good day

I honestly didn't wanna get here but Jet refuses to refund me. They used to debit me R500 and month end of August l was supposed to be debited R245 which was supposed tk be my last debit from them, but l ended up being debited R245 and R500 so R745 in total. I reached out to notify them that l need to get a refund back of R500 but from the 30th of August till today I have been calling like a mad person being told everyday that my matthas been escalated and I am exhausted from hearing this.
