Jet please help my daughter
Hi, i bought a cellphone for my 3 year old 2 months ago to watch her cartoons and movies on at jet mart mitchellsplain town centre, last week she let it drop and it went tumbling down the stairs and the screen is shattered, i then contacted the manufacturer and explained my situation they then told me they will repair the phone free of charge for my daughter, so I would like to ask you if you can cover the cost of courier to the manufacturer please, I know the phone is now out of warranty because she dropped it but i would really appreciate if you could do that for her

Please be advised unfortunately you will be liable for the courier charges. The company does not have the facility to cover courier charges for any devices that needs to be booked in for repairs.
NB: The store will inform you of the charges once the repair process is conducted in store.
