JET Pinecrest

I have a problem with a mobicel phone I bought in Jet Pinecrest October 7, in December 25 it went off. It went for service in January but I couldn't get help, the RAM company said they found liquid damage of which I do not know, Jet store also didn't help me either after RAM, and my phone is still under 12 months warranty. I'm like someone who bought a toy because phone is blank is not working.
