Jet pefetic service

I don't even think you guys deserve a 1 star , RMCS and Jet are con artists, they will promise you the moon and stars and then you actually get nothing. So this ***** company phoned me and offered me a sms, airtime and data service (at no cost to me ) this service will be free because i am such a loyal client of JET. When receiving my JET statement I saw R85 deducted here and R75 deducted there, when *****ing this Jet was of no assistance and after cursing and being rude they cancelled this service off of my Jet account - this was in September i got billed this same amount after cancelling this *** service phoned . after a lot of attempts to cancel this and asking for a refund they declined this request stating that I took up the subscription. Yes I did take it up after the Manager stated that this will be at no cost to me , who wont take up a offer like this. Ooh and best of all I did not even receive the airtime, data or sms's RMCS offered me. So i basically paid for something I never got and now Jet and RMCS does not want to refund me they just take your money and say everything is your fault. I spoke to a consultant from RMCS this morning hopefully I can get this service cancelled and get a refund, but i am not holding my breath. Please do not do business with JET or RMCS. I also asked Jet for my recording to prove my innocence and they said I need to go in to a store and get the recording they don't have access to listen to it and cant send me the recording !!!!!!!
