Jet online

In April I placed an order online for click and collect and and I selected Jet kwaMashu as my collection store. It took over a month for me to get my order, everytime when I called the call centre they kept on telling me that items have been delivered to my selected store and eveytime when i call the store I was told there were no parcels for me, only to find out that this was delivered to a store in Gauteng, after I had insisted that they double check the information on the system correctly. Again I have placed another order, this was in May, till today it has not been delivered, Iam being told the same bull**** just like last time. I have even emailed their customer service department with no response from them. Jet online shoppinv is a waste, and total ******* service
