JET Northgate Shopping - Theft Incident with no cameras - Very Disappointed

Hi, i was ****** at Jet Northgate Shopping Centre yesterday 03/05/26 at about 14h45. My phone in bag was ******.

There were 2 employees standing near me and when i asked them they said they did'nt see anything even though they were facing me. they told me to go to the cashiers and report it.

I went to the cashier and asked her to check the camera so we can see what the person looked like and was wearing so we can run and search for him. She told me that she is not sure and called another worker who said that their cameras are not working.

I then asked them how do they monitor their store without cameras. there was no answer. No help given to me. I find this hard to believe for such a big store like Jet in Northgate Shopping Centre.
