Jet most useless company ever

I have to say jet is the biggest ****** that ever existed. I grandmother has a jet account she doesn't even buy anything because the amount on the account is alot. She pays the amount due every month but on the statements the amount owed is higher every month. How is that even possible? When she enquired about this they just said that she has to wait 78hr for someone to respond. It has now been a month and a half. Jets is super useless and not one person working there knows what is actually going on in the company.

Please everyone , check your statements they double or triple charge interest and they add extra amounts to the account or features that you pay for and no can say what it is or how to cancel it.
