Jet migration has been bad

Just had a bad experience from jet me and hubby went to buy on his account and they told him his account is blocked and has no credit. Shocker it was as he was paying his account every month... So with the migration of jet they took all his credit away just like that without anyone calling him or sms or email. Now he has to pay up all credit to see if he qualify again all over!! We're closing this account.
